Joyce was amazing. I couldn't have asked for better work to have been done. She takes pride in her business and is trust worthy.

They did a great job.

She comes every two weeks with a team.  Three people come.  They have been super.  They're just great actually.  It usually takes an hour and a half to two hours.  Normally an hour and a half I think.  After a while, I guess they figure out it'll be an hour and a half so they just charge us for an hour and a half now.  Oh, they're great.  They're very good and sometimes we change a day, ask them if they can come a different day or they call and ask if they can come a different time or day and we always find an agreement, I mean, because it's easy for us.  They're just easy to deal with.  We usually talk to Joyce.  They're on time.  If they're not, I get a call and say if they have a traffic jam or something, they call and tell us they'll be a little late, but normally they're on time.  She's great, I mean they are great.  I always refer to her because she's the boss I guess.  Joyce is the boss.  I hear her sometimes telling some of her women or girls to do this or that.  She keeps after them to make sure everything is right.  They come every two weeks.

It was excellent work, these ladies are the best cleaning service I've ever had. They are affordable, very honest and hard working. I would recommend The Queens Own cleaning service to anyone looking for great service, my home has never looked better since I've hired them!
