My architect recommended Swords Drywall because it had the well-deserved reputation for high quality work, reliability, and integrity. Boy, was that ever an accurate assessment! Of all of the many different sub-contractors we used on this home rennovation, Jim Swords was an absolute pleasure to work with. Because he had several large, high-end, custom homes he was working on during the year, and because we needed his services at different stages of our project, we were continually having to schedule Swords Drywall for several days at a time. Jim Swords was absolutely meticulous about realistically letting us know when he could pull one of his crews off a big job to spend time on our project. He never promised a time that he could not deliver on. This is extremely important for someone like myself who was serving as his own general contractor. When Jim said that he could start and complete one of our projects he always showed up when he had promised, enabling me to schedule other subs immediately behind him. He was the most responsible subcontractor (from a list of many other subs, most of whom were also very good) we used on this project. In short, he was reliable, dependable, and extraordinarily honest and realistic in his assessments of what needed to be done. And because Jim Swords Drywall is the company that I suspect most general contractors would use if they were building a home for their own families, the quality of this company's craftsmanship is uncompromising.
