Very fast response - same day. Technician arrived when agreed and did a thorough analysis of the problem diagnosing a failed LG Linear compressor at a cost of $600 plus $300 if the warranty did not refund the compressor component. They required upfront payment for the compressor replacement. I paid the callout fee and did not proceed.

Went very well; service charge applied to repair; all done in one hour!

Sean at Star Appliance Repair worked very hard to get our refrigerator working. It took 4 trips and he always let me know when he would be arriving, was always on time, always clear about options and costs associated, always wore a mask, and was very nice and professional!!

I paid for the service and they never came to install the new ice maker and have not returned any of my calls.

The service providers came to analyze the problem, ordered the part, and returned to install the part. The oven is now working properly.

They replaced a part and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They were professional and efficient.

Sean was awesome. When I looked for a service person, Star had only 12 reviews, but all were perfect. I called and got a call back within 2 hours, which is especially good for a small company. He is the company and is very responsive. He came the same day as I called, within 5 hours as he finished other calls. He is personable and he is fair. He evaluated our problem with our freezer - in time of Covid 19, when there are no freezers that you can buy, repairing an existing freezer is an emergency - and worked quickly, explaining as he went along. Problem fixed! Good people skills combined with good expertise and promptness - please hire this company!

I highly recommend Star Appliance repair. My washer wasn't working properly, had error codes, etc. I called at 7 pm, the technician/owner was at my house the very next morning by 9 am. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He got the part I needed, and was back the next day to finish the job. (I really appreciated this, I use my washer a LOT!). While he was there I thought to ask about an issue I was also having with my dishwasher, Again, he knew exactly what to do and again returned the next day with the proper part. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain it. He also offered valuable advice on ways to do preventative maintenance on all my appliances. He was very nice, and easy to get in touch with, and very responsive to questions. I am glad to know of him, will always call him if I need any repairs in the future.

I got Sean's info from a friend of mine after I complained about my washer and dryer acting up occasionally. He came right on time, and was able to tell me what was wrong with just a few minutes of work. He also gave me future references in case it happened again, and what to do if it did. Very smooth work and no issues since.

Wonderful customer service! We had a Kenmore Washing Machine that begun to display code F-21 every time we would try to use it. In panic we contacted STAR Appliance and as usual we received fantastic service. He completed the diagnostic and confirmed the issue. I want to give highest praises to this service. The technician came in during a comfortable time and was prepared to work. He sounded professional and well knowledgeable on the issue. He was working very thoroughly, while allowing me to watch. Most people hate this, when someone stands over them, but our technician was even explaining the possible issues and what he was doing while doing it. He repaired my washer quite quickly and was very clean in doing his work. Left everything how it was and I even didn't have to free up any of my surrounding dryer room space. Job well done and many happy people in the house that the clothes can continue on being washed, without an extensive investment into new washer. I will definitely call our technician, Sergey, next time any appliances need repair. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family as well. What a pleasant and refreshing experience.
