Simply Clean

I like them very much. I know the owner initially started cleaning my house and if I need her to clean she will clean my house.

Bill and Mandy came to clean my home and were extremely unfriendly from the start, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. While they were still here, I noticed that they missed the glass and surrounding on the fireplace. So I went up to tell them and they were really responsive and said that they would get it on the way out. I was fine with that and paid him there and then, as I had to leave to pick my kids up from school. My husband was downstairs on his lunch break when they finished. Bill came in and said he was done and would see us in 2 weeks and left. When I got home I walked around and kept finding different things that they missed. I was ok with it at first and was going to give them the benefit of the doubt......they may have just overlooked a couple of things and I understand that. I found dirty fingerprints on the windowsill in the playroom, the blinds were dusty, the edge of the toilet and floor of the downstairs bathroom weren't cleaned. Then I went upstairs and looked in the sinks.....the drains were all dirty (not shiny)......I'm thinking that that had something to do with whatever they cleaned it with (I'm hoping!!). Then I got an email from them later that evening saying that the price going forward would be $125 instead of $100! I was shocked! I didn't say anything about it and then this morning when I went to take a shower, I noticed all the glass in my shower had a film on it......again it had to be from what they cleaned it with, but regardless, it was dirtier looking before they cleaned it than after!!! Then I looked down and I have a scale on the floor that wasn't touched or moved to sweep and clean the floor!!! That was it for me! I responded to their email telling them to just take me off of their schedule and that they didn't do a good job and their response was the most rude, unprofessional email that I have EVER received!!! In fact, it was so unbelievable that I will post it here...... "What wasn't there to be happy about? Your nasty house was cleaned. You just can't afford quality help. It's no shame to be poor. I suggest you get to cleaning it yourself. Ha Ha" My house was not dirty IN THE LEAST!!!!! In fact it was just cleaned after Christmas!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
