SHOWROOM SHINE AUTO DETAILING

I called for a quote and appointment. Someone responded right away, described in great detail the differences in packages available. The representative even called the day before to ensure I would have covered parking due to the forecasted weather reports the day before my appointment. Up until this point, I was thoroughly impressed. The person came and waited (even though he was at the wrong address) 45 minutes (traffic and bad weather). He then tells me his generator is out and unless I have power he can not do my car and I would have to reschedule. I called to reschedule and no one has called me back yet.

This is the second time I have used Tony and he does amazing work; the Truck looks like the day I brought it home. He arrived at my home on-time as expected. As usual, he brings everything in his mobile office (water, electricity, and all cleaning supplies). Tony is very meticulous about his work, he spent nearly all day on my truck. This is the type of person you want detailing your vehicle!
