Randy appeared at our home to make an estimate. He toured the entire outside, making notes as he went. He pointed out the possibility of a rotten sill which could only be determined when they got up to the third story. He approached it very professionally. He called that evening with his estimate, which was the highest of three bids by $200. He had a three man crew that showed up each day at 8:30 AM and worked until 5:00 PM or a little later. They did an excellent job of painting and had to repair one of the three sills on the third story. They started and finished the job on a timely basis and as stated in the contract. They did a few extra things for me (e.g. remove unused outdoor speakers, replaced floodlight, put on new hinges on a storage space, etc.) willingly and at no extra cost. Randy and his crew were very pleasant to work with and have around your home. I highly recommend them. We are going to use them again to do some indoor painting.
