staThey were better than outstanding. They did everything they promised. Then they did things we did not expect. The apartment was clean and ready as promised. There were a few small items that needed repair. We called and maintenance was at our apartment the same day. They were professional and fixed our issues immediately. If you are looking to live at an apartment complex where management over delivers on what they promise. This is the place. We had to move out prior to the end of out lease. We expected to be on the hook for the remaining months. When we told management, they said they would attempt to rent our apartment. If they were successful, we would not have to pay out the remainder of our lease. I remember saying to my wife to not count on that happening. There was nothing in it for Peachtree. Well, we moved out on 10/5 and they rented our apartment to someone else starting 10/15. That saved us three months rent. They did not have to that. But, they did it. Again, we can not say enough about Peach Tree and the Management team. If you are looking for a good place to live. Give them a call and hope they have a vacancy.
