The experience went very well.  Matt is a very professional young man.  I at first spoke to him on the phone about my need to purchase a new, upgraded, computer since mine was about to die.  He is able to order the Business class Dell computers and that is the brand he recommends.  He provided me a quote from Dell for the computer, had it shipped to his house, he did the initial set up and installed an additional 4GB of RAM.  We arranged a day and time and he brought the computer to my house, finished the set up (connecting it to my home wireless network, installing printers) and transferred all data that I wanted from the old computer over to my new computer.
