Marble and Granite Service
Keith was on time for our 8am appointment. I have an old brick fireplace that has a crack going from the bottom of my existing wood mantle down through six layers of brick into the opening of the fireplace. Keith told me that they could build a marble mantle to cover the crack but was very honest that the crack would redevelop through the marble mantle after a few years. He suggested that I hire a wood craftsman to build a wood mantle, stating that it would cover the crack permenantly. I told him I was planning on moving, but wanted it done right so the new owners would not have to worry about it. He said that would be the best route. He did not charge a fee to 'look' at it. Very honest guy! I will be using him in my new house to have foyer tiled. Straight-up guy. Rare. :)
