This is one of the easiest company to work with. During the week from the quote and installation we had questions. Ron always answered the phone and answered our questions. Very smooth transaction.

His name is Ron Langford. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and friendly. He is very honest. We just had granites but he does marbles as well. He was honest, timely and he is well priced. He was very good.

His estimate was reasonable. He was a nice guy. It was a descent estimate. I would use them in the future.

Ron was great to work with. We had to replace two vanity countertops that were damaged on installation from another stone contractor and were in a bind. Given that we were a bit stuck, a less scrupulous person could have taken advantage of us but Ron didn't. He actually helped us out and gave us a very reasonable price. During the process of looking for replacement countertops, we found out that there are a lot of fly by night countertop places in charlotte - even ones that are BBB Accredited - Don't use them. Ron has been around for a while and gets most of his business by word of mouth - a great sign. His work was flawless - we didn't realize how bad the previous job really was until we saw the work Ron and his guys did. A lot of the work is done by hand showing true craftsmanship rather than fed through a machine. Also importantly was responsiveness and punctuality. Ron was very prompt about responding to any inquiries and getting the countertops installed. Overall a great and honest guy to work with.

Ron was very prompt and helpful in directing us to stone dealers, then doing measurements, completing the fabrication and installation. He does quality work and keeps his promises. I highly recommend him for granite countertops. His price turned out significantly lower than Home Depot and we were able to select from a much wider choice of granites.

RON WAS REFERRED TO ME BY A GENERAL CONTRACTOR OF LUXURY HOMES WHO HAD USED HIM IN SEVERAL PROJECTS. CONTRACTORS ARE HIS BREAD AND BUTTER SO I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH FOR HIM TO BECOME AVAILABLE TO FABRICATE AND INSTALL 2 SLABS WORTH OF GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. THIS WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE GAVE ME. THE GRANITE WE SELECTED HAD A LOT OF MOVEMENT WHICH MAKES MATCHING THE PATTERN AT THE SEAMS MORE COMPLICATED. NOT ONLY DID HE MATCH THE PATTERN MOVEMENT AT THE SEAMS, BUT HE ALSO MADE SURE THE MOVEMENT FOLLOWED UP ON TO THE BACKSPLASHES PERFECTLY, WHICH WAS NO EASY FEAT. KEEP IN MIND THAT GRANITE IS A NATURAL PRODUCT AND THERE IS NO REPEATING PATTERN TO THE MOVEMENT. RON TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF PRIDE IN HIS WORKMANSHIP. HE HAS A PARTNER THAT HE HAS WORKED WITH FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE HIM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
