EMMITT CALLED ME BACK EACH TIME I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. HE GAVE ME SEVERAL CHOICES ON DOOR TYPES & COLORS, OFFERED A FAIR PRICE INCLUDING REMOVAL & INSTALLATION, AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. INSTALLED NEW DOOR IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, CLEANED UP, AND LEFT. (I HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED THE OPENER AT A BIG BOX STORE, SO MY TOTAL PRICE WAS A LITTLE LOWER THAN YOU MIGHT EXPECT).
