Joe does really good work and is really careful and clean. I am very happy with the work that he completed. The problem is that when I tried to call him back to do the other half of the work when I was ready, I had a hard time catching up with him. When I did, we scheduled a time to meet and he never showed nor did he call, or return my calls.
