Chris is one of the best A/V installation and maintenance companies in Charlotte. Not only does he do phenomial work his price is less than others we have gotten prices from. He has done work for over the pat few years and we will continue to him for work whenever we need it.

They are knowledgeable and precise.

 Chris Longhurst  has done work at my home a few times.  Yesterday was the most recent but the $1000.00 reflected above is for "ALL" the work he has done for me.  I first met Chris when I needed someone to mount a new flat screen TV for me.  When Chris was here for that job and I mentioned how I hated all the wires(DVD, Stereo, Receiver, Tape Player,DirecTV receiver) that were all over the floor.  My old TV was on a custom cart which would not longer be housing the TV.  I thought it would still hold all the components previously mentioned.  Chris looked around and the surprised me with his ideas.  We could eliminate the TV cart all together!  He showed me how he could move all the components to a built in bookcase nearby.  He ran all the wires through the walls.  He also "hard wired" me to the internet (to stream movies) by running a cable up the living room wall across my condo in the attic and down the wall in my bedroom to my PC/modem.  Needless to say I was amazed.  And utterly delighted. Since that big job and because he is so hands on also with home networking I have actually also called Chris for help in setting up my wireless laptop.  And adding a Blu-ray player into the mix.

Oh yes, another time was hanging a small flat screen TV in my guest room.  I told Chris what I had bought and he even picked up the small mount needed for the job. The wires for that job also are in the walls.    I have been more than 100%  satisfied with all the work Chris has performed for me.  I referred Chris to a neighbor and she too is extremely satisfied.  The man can do magic.  He knows his stuff and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I was not suprised to see all of the five star reviews on the Gearbox website. One call and Gearbox stopped in for a consultation. We came up with a plan and Chris went to work soon after. He came in, quietly ran his wires, installed my new speakers and demonstrated them to me. I couldn't be more impressed with whole process. Thanks Chris!!
