Sales people seem to be decent but it depends on each individual.

The facilty is a large rambling warehouse with many different rooms for you to visit. We were met at in one of the rooms by a sales person who introduced herself and asked if she could help us find anything, We told her we would like to browse on our own but would find her if we needed help. After we found the displayed bed we liked we found her to ask questions. She was very polite and answered most of our questions. That particular bed was the only one they had so she had to ask her manager about the price with the bed, mattress, and box springs. We agreed on a price and paid for the set. Since they do not offer delivery we had to come back the next day with a truck to pick everything up. We were told everything would be wrapped in plastic and waiting for us the next day. On our arrival the next day we found the bed still displayed as it was previously with a sold sign on it. After showing our invoice to some workers they began to take the bed apart and wrap it. We waited about 20 minutes for them to prepare it, load it in the truck, and secure everything. Our sales person was busy with another customer but did come over to apologize for things not being ready saying they were very busy. I recommend this store because of the quality of their furniture and excellent prices. If you are looking for an interior decorator to help you put together your pieces or need a lot of hand holding, you might pass on this store. Otherwise, if you want to get quality pieces and save some money, look the pieces over very closely and be prepared to take everything home with you instead of having it delivered.

The experience ended up being quite good. We found the dining room furniture that we ultimately ended up purchasing and because the store is not equipped for delivery, we had to return to the store several days later to pick up the purchase (we had not gone prepared to take things home with us). My husband and brother-in-law put together the buffet/hutch (essentially bolting the hutch to the buffet per the instructions) and noticed that there were several staples protruding from the trim on the hutch. (It was evident that the hutch had been packaged at the manufacturer and had not been opened since leaving that factory.) We immediately called our salesperson who put the last remaining hutch on hold for us. Several days later, we went back to the store to inspect the remaining hutch for staples and brought pictures of the affected area of our hutch. They quickly agreed that we could swap out the hutches. Now the problem was going to be getting the damaged hutch repackaged and delivered back to the store without incurring futher damage and picking up the replacement hutch. After some several conversations with our sales person, the store agreed to send out 2 of their men to pick up the damaged piece and replace it with the new piece. This was all very important because the store does not have delivery capabilties so they went way above and beyond expectations to help us out since we were without a truck. They really bent some rules for us and we are truly appreciative. It was the right thing for them to respond the way they did, but in today's world, I no longer expect stores and individuals to always do the "right" thing. We will definitely shop there again, and again, and again.

FURNITURE FACTORY OUTLET WORLD IS A GREAT PLACE TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. EACH TIME WE VISIT, WE FIND SOMETHING NEW. I WISH THEY HAD A PLACE LIKE THIS WHEN I FIRST STARTED TO SET UP HOUSEKEEPING. THE PRICES ARE UNBELIEVABLY LOW AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT! THE CHEST WE FOUND WAS MORE BEAUTIFUL AND WAS 1/5 THE COST OF ONES I FOUND AT LOCAL FURNITURE SHOWROOMS. I RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT FURNITURE FACTORY OUTLET WORLD BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE ANYWHERE ELSE.
