Focal Point Masonry

He did great job filling in the holes, but the tuckpointing looks horrible and patchy. I have contacted him several times, he has apologized for not getting back to me and always says that he will contact me, but he hasn't even though I have still contacted him a number of times.

Brad did excellent work. I would recommend him for any masonry job. A point to remember: Brad IS Focal Point Masonry and, except for a helper, works alone. Be prepared to be tolerant of minor delays due to this.

Mr. Williams was communicative, professional, and fixed a few spots that he saw without charging extra. Very easy to work with. He was very straightforward!

The first time, the mortar did not cure correctly. Brian quickly came back out to redo it. After multiple subsequent visits, it was evident that it would keep cracking. While I appreciated Brian's efforts to keep coming out to make it right, the work product was poor. Disappointed that I spent $100 to have cracked mortar on my front stairs.

He was responsive exceptionally courteous and very thorough!! Strongly recommend him!!

Brad was easy to reach and was able to get the work done within the time frame I needed. He did an excellent job with the repair - it looks great! He was reasonably priced, professional, and nice (always a plus in my book). I will definitely use him again in the future.

Brad did a great job, came when he said he would and took care of everything.  Turnkey all the way. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.   Its nice to see that in this day and age, there is someone that takes pride in his work (it shows) and he wants to make sure that we were happy with the results---- WE ARE!!!  His contact information has already been to our phones.  This way next time someone ask's,- "Do you know anybody that does Masonry work, we can easily say, As a matter of fact we do- Focal Point Masonry- call Brad-he's great

We had water leaking into our home through cracks in the brick around an exhaust vent.  Brad was here within an hour after calling him.  Was able to chisel out the old cracked mortar joints and put in new mortar.  Solved the problem very quickly.  Appreciated his responsiveness.  Would definitely use him again if needed.

Brad built a beautiful Mailbox.  Every neighbor that walked by, told us how gorgeous it is. He is truly a skilled Master at masonry.  Reliable and a very fair price.

Brad was great. He returned my phone call promptly and arranged a time and day to come out and access the situation. We came up with a plan and a date to do it. Brad texted to let me know he was running just a few minutes late on the day he was to come which I really appreciated even tho he was not hardly late at all He adjusted his busy schedule to fit my needs so I didn't have to take off work to meet him. He and the guy he brought came and did a beautiful job working with the stones on the fireplace to allow the furniture to fit in. I found out he also does outdoor patios and would love to have him back in the future to do that for us. He is a rally nice man and a professional. Would HIGHLY recommend brad to anyone needing stonework done

Brad matched the mortar, was prompt, professional, and very competitively priced.  I would definitely recommend his work, and would call him again for work at my home.

The job was done promptly and it turned out perfect. Brad came out with sample and once we choose the colors the pavers were delivered and the work was completed in a matter of three days. Brad is the greatest, I have referred him to a few of my friends.

Brad was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my texts/calls and always provided timely updates on his progress. Great attention to detail and was very thorough, finished product was excellent. He also showed up when he said he would and finished on time...would hire him again in a hearbeat.

It was a minor fix so he's doing it for free and i thought that was so nice.

Focal Point Masonry was very responsive from the initial call.  Brad told me what he was going to do and he did it.  He called back when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would, he charged me what he said he would, he finished sooner than I thought he would.  I know people he has worked for in the past and I know he's very experienced.  I've been in the construction industry for almost 30 years and although I don't know a lot about masonry, it was a pleasure to watch him work and see good craftsmanship.

They were great. Brad Williams was very professional, prompt, and a real pleasure to have working around the home. He was exceptionally good at listening and then doing exactly what we wanted and asked for.

Brad and crew turned out to be an excellent choice in regards to stone work, on my custom house project. They were dependable, trustworthy, gave great advice and their work was excellent.
