This was my first experience with the company, although I had called them with a question prior and they gave me good advice over the phone to save me $. The service was fast and reasonable in cost. I had read good things about Fatman and I'll be going to them with all my future needs.

Water had been slowly leaking from the joint on the outlet pipe of our water heater. Chris discovered that the joint had never been properly crimped. He crimped it and stopped the leak, thus avoiding me paying for a more expensive pipe replacement.
I was VERY impressed with Chris' advice and honesty, stating he wanted to save me money by trying to fix the leak rather than replacing the pipe. He did say that if it leaks again within 30 days, he will replace the pipe without charging an additional service fee.
The service was prompt, professional and courteous. Lilly called to say they were on their way and they arrived 5 minutes later.
I would definitely use this service again and would recommend them.

I had a leak in an outside spigot and there was water everywhere.  He stopped the leak and corrected the situation.  He then fixed my other spigot.  He did a great job.  Excellent customer service as I needed him immediately and he came right over.  I recommend using him and will use him again in teh future - hopefully next time in a more planned and controlled fashion!

FINALLY, after SEVERAL plumbers in one year, found one who knows what the heck he is doing!  Fatman not only found out what was wrong with everything in our townhome, he fixed it all in one day!  Great communication; explained what needed to be done and how it was going to get done in terms I understood.  Very friendly AND professional AND competent!  Everything I look for in a service person!  A+++++
