They are excellent and are very detail-oriented and they are going to catch 99.9% of everything wrong with your house. If you want a very detailed house report this is the guy you want and he is bit more expensive than the cheaper people out there. His service makes up more than for the cost. They are punctual.

He did a great job. He was able to reveal some issues with the home which led us to purchase a different home. We were happy with his work.
