 + -1 moreWe met with Doug at his shop. It was obvious he knew his business extremely well. We scheduled a time for him to come out. He was there exactly when he said he would be. He went over several different options with us and promised to get back to us with an estimate within a day. The estimate arrived as promised. However, this was unlike any estimate I ever saw before. It was completely broken down so that a client could see exactly how every dollar of their money was being allocated on the job. For example, there was a page for hardscape materials, hardware, electrical work and then a separate page for the cost of labor. In essence Doug showed us how much money he was making to do this job. After accepting the job Doug communicated with us via email and told us what he would be doing, what we should expect by certain points along the way and an approximate finish date.
Description of Work: Dream scape built us an 85 foot steam with waterfalls and collection reservoirs that runs into our pond. They installed a water circulation system to keep the pond clean and void of excessive plant overgrowth. They also provided a very in depth education for us on pond maintenance and the proper use of materials as well as stream and pond ecology. Doug Coe, the owner, is the most well versed individual I have ever spoken to regarding pond and stream ecology and the right way to incorporate these features to enhance basic landscaping.
