Bob Baran is the owner of the company and he also does all the work. We have had a really good experience with him. Computer stuff has so many variables to deal with that it is very tricky, and Bob is really good about sticking with it till it works. He doesn?t just say that something isn?t going to work and quit on it. He is very friendly, confidence-inspiring and great to deal with. He knows what he is doing and he is a nice guy, which is kind of unusual in this business. I definitely don?t feel like he is overpriced.
