This is our second time working with Norma Rowe. We got our home mortgage though her when we bought our house in 2015 and liked her so much that we used her again when we refinanced in 2021. She is efficient, thorough, and patient. She answered all our questions, and got us a great rate. She is passionate about her job and we trust her 100%.

Norma is very experienced and knowledgeable about refinancing options. With 1 phone call she explained all the different options and rates we had available and how the rates were controlled and where they were coming from. She is incredibly efficient in her work. We refinanced our home mortgage in less than a month. She definitely moves quickly, but not too fast. She went over some options with us on a Friday afternoon, and we realized we didn't understand what she had quickly gone over, so we called her back and she took the time to spell it all out for us late on a Friday. --Great Service.

I have been attempting to refinance my house for the past seven months in an effort to escape the claws of a predatory mortgage servicer. Much to my dismay communication from well-known big mortgage, lenders are scripted and lack empathy.

This is the second time we have worked with Norma and for a second time, she delivered!! She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a house. Norma was great, everything was very smooth, we didn't hit a glitch anywhere that i knew of. She was always available and patient with my many questions. We worked with Norma on a home purchase where we did not use a real estate agent. Norma helped keep us and all parties involved on track so we could close on time. We ran into a title issue that jeopardized our interest rate and closing date. Norma was aggressive in doing everything she could to help us and advise us through the process. We did thankfully, close on time with the interest we had locked in. She always provided excellent customer service and responded very promptly any time we had a question. We would definitely recommend Norma and Cobblestone Mortgage.

I used Cobblestone to refinance and then again to obtain a mortgage for my new home. The best endorsement I can give Cobblestone is that I am a repeat customer. Norma is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. She provides great recommendations and directions to help save you money and eliminate stress from the process. Norma put together a mortgage to purchase a home. This is the difference when you use Cobblestone. My current home was under contract and had a closing date of March 16th. I had a contract on a house I was going to purchase for the same closing date of March 16th. Norma was working on the mortgage for the new property. As things happen, found out the property i was going to purchase had structural issues. Had to walk away from the house. Norma advised that if you find a home you want to purchase we could close in 10 day which would be March 16th again is the closing of the sale of my current home. WOW, OK if we find a home lets do it. We found another home we truly loved. The current home owners advised they can move out in 10 days. It was a crazy ride but again Norma pulled it off. Will always use Cobblestone for property purchases. They also get the best rates.

Simply the best refinance experience ever. Norma is awesome--courteous, thoughtful, well-informed, patient and prompt with emails. She walked me through everything from beginning to end, and was available even after everything was over--sort of like an old friend I never met. Please check out before you do Lending Tree or something like that. I highly recommend this company--you just can't do better.

While we were trying to decide whether to make an offer, I called Norma late on a Friday afternoon and she instantly worked with me to tell me what the costs/payments might be, whether we would most likely qualify for the amount we were thinking, and how long it might take to process the loan. So, after we decided to buy and needed to apply for the loan, Norma was very professional, extremely efficient, communicated quickly and clearly, and just made the whole process easy and smooth. She works with many lenders so did a great job finding the one appropriate for this particular financing. If there were any issues with the lender, the lawyer, or other folks involved, she took ownership and made sure they were resolved quickly. Overall, just like the first time, she did a great job and we would go straight to her again if the need arises.

Norma was very patient in answering all my questions from start to end, at all stages, even after the closing. She was going on a Thanksgiving holiday when I first approached her. She was going out of country but still made sure that my qualification letter was issued on time. She replied to my queries over the emails. Once the property was identified she quickly processed all the paperwork. With rates changing everyday, she gave me advice on when to lock and when to wait. She processed my mortgage through a bank which never sells their mortgages. She was personally present at attorney's office at the time of closing. Throughout the process, she was very professional and courteous. If you are looking for the cheapest deal then there might be other options if you are willing to risk last minute surprises. With Cobblestone I know that I got a good deal through a reliable broker and with no surprises or buyer's remorse. Thank you for your services.

I worked with Norma to secure funding for my first home purchase. From the very first time I called Norma, she was extremely transparent, straightforward, and full of energy (lol) which gave me the confidence to select her as my mortgage lender. Throughout the process, Norma was readily available to answer any and all questions I had about the mortgage process, especially towards the end when numbers were coming in.
