CleanCut Lawncare

This is the 5th lawn care provider I have used since I moved to the Charlotte area and these guys are by far the best.  Randy is easy to get a hold of, responsive, fair, and a pleasure to do business with.  Highly recommended.  

This started good and billing were high. They did extras like needles at first. They showed up on time and cut and blew the decks. This was in the first 2 months. That is when things started to go south. I noticed the weeds were growing in the shrub beds. I asked the manager if he would take care of the weeds. He said I can't do it now and will have to come back. So the weeds grew, I was upset and called the owner Randy. They finally showed up a couple days later and sprayed some of the weeds. I said to myself well maybe this service will get better. A month later I noticed my lawn started to look full of weeds and the shrub beds were a mess. I complained again to Randy. He showed up and sent his crew back to fix it. They showed up with a terrible attitude and did some of the weeds and sprayed. I felt at this point these guys did not want to do the work. After paying over $3000 dollars over a 6 month period my lawn and common areas were a total and complete mess. I didn't know what to do and waited to see if things go better. The owner Randy continued to bill me for work that was never done. I finally had to fire this firm and I hired a new company to fix all the problems. Do not use CleanCut Lawncare, you will ruin your yard and have to pay a lot of money to fix the problems.

I have been using Cleancut lawn care for a year now , They did Lawn care service, shrub trimming, pine needles and Fertilizer application in past one year. I have been on bi-weekly with lawn service. Randy and his crew are awesome . The crew of 3 to 4 people come and are done in 30 minutes. Any changes /addition/question for services were answered by Randy in a professional manner. All payments are done via website

We recently hired CleanCut Lawn Care for leaf removal. They are responsive, reliable and do a very thorough job.

I'm on a weekly schedule of mowing, edging and blowing with Cleancut. They just did the fourth mow and I'm very happy with them. Randy came out, looked at my yard and gave me a price the day I contacted him. We exchanged a few emails getting everything set up and he always responded promptly. I'm on a weekly schedule, no contract, but he also offers bi-weekly and yearly contracts. He said I can scale back in the winter, basically whatever I want. He seems pretty laid back and flexible and it was easy getting started. The price was good too. I have somewhere between a third and a half acre of actual lawn. The first mow was a three person crew but since then it's been the same two person crew. They're in and out in about 30 minutes and make efficient use of their time. They do an excellent job and I'm happy to have found them.
