BRUCE A BERBERICK ARCHITECT

Bruce spent time with us to listen to our needs and wants for our house. He made excellent suggestions -- some that we had not thought of. His design reflected everything that we had discussed. He then helped us hire a contractor who did an excellent job of implementing the plan and was available for consultation throughout the construction process.

Bruce is an absolute gem. He paid attention to our wants and needs and designed an absolutely perfect home for us. Our home was on the Plaza Midwood Home Tour this year and we had numerous inquiries on who our architect was. He listened to every word we said, he was practical, he helped us to be realistic (or at least understand cost ramifications!) and implemented our design objectives. We also had Bruce act as a "construction manager" for us and he was onsite frequently to make sure things were progressing as planned and continuously communicated with our general contractor. He also knows a lot of vendors and suppliers in the area which was incredibly helpful when trying to pick all of our interior materials (i.e., tile, light fixtures, granite, door knobs, etc.). He is responsive, helpful, very very patient and incredibly pleasant to be around. If I ever need an architect again, it will, without doubt or hestitation, be Bruce Berberick.

He came up with a design that everyone seems to fall in love with. All of my neighbors and visitors comment on how gorgeous it is. I would highly recommend him.
