+ -1 moreGENERALLY PERFORMED WEEKLY MOWING WITHOUT NEED OF REMINDERS. ALL OTHER WORK REQUIRED CONSTANT FOLLOW UP AND WAS RARELY COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. SEVERAL AGREED UPON SERVICES WERE NOT PERFORMED, OR PERFORMED UNACCEPTABLY LATE. CONTRACT WAS ULTIMATELY TERMINATED.
Description of Work: ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR MOWING, FERTILIZATION, WEED CONTROL, GENERAL GROUNDS KEEPING AND MULCHING OF BEDS. AMOUNT PAID IS MONTHLY AMOUNT.
