 + -1 moreThey use better materials. With Bonterra Builders, its one step to getting a fully custom-built house. They give you so many options. All the up-grades by other companies, like hardwood floors or granite counters, all came standard with Bonterra, which was nice. They seem very "on it" and organized. They are very good. It is our first time building a home and there are so many things we did not even think about that they make sure we go over. They did a good job of explaining the warranty to us. I know that they have received several awards. I would recommend this provider to other members.
Description of Work: We are using Bonterra Builders. We are building a house with them. We have been working with them now for about two months.
