Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
They were very thorough in explaining the repair process and expectations. Very friendly and amicable owners who take time to get to know you and what you need and your concerns. The only bad thing, which wasn't all that bad, was that it took a couple weeks longer than expected for one of the repairs.
