This was our 2nd experience with same provider.
Our 1st experience \was prox one year earlier and was very favorable.
That was with our GE Washing Machine....it was fixed very well
So when our GE Dryer suddenly failed a day or two ago we contacted ASAP again for this service
Some WEBSITES are difficult to work with
NOT SO with ASAP
It is extremely efficient to use to describe need and get service ROLLING
We had quick email reply and confirmed appointment
ASAP repairman 'Vee' showed up as specified.
Was very polite & professional in approaching the problem
Disassembled dryer to extent necessary.
Described problem to owner.
STATUS
vent inside dryer had become disconnected
vented heat stayed inside dryer unit
contact wire to heater element burnt thru
dryer stopped heating/drying
Fixed problem,
Reassembled dryer
Cleaned up
Described repairs to owner
Advised owner on proper operation of timer switch
Finished job within 24 hours of our initial website contact
