Our attempts with over-the-counter products to get rid of ants over the course of a couple of weeks was unproductive. I called Apex after hours one night, got a call back the next day and the following morning someone was at my house spraying inside and outside. I have used them before and kn
ow the work will be done right!

When he came out for the follow up, he was 2 and a half hours late and only came in then because I contacted him to see where he was. His excuse was not plausible, and he had made no call to even notify me he would be late, much less to give a reason. I wonder if he would have come at all that day if I hadn't called him. He become much too familiar, using patronizing nick names and was not respectful or professional in his manner. I would not use his service again, nor would I recommend him to anyone else.

He checked everything and was EXTREMELY thorough. He checked the couch, the walls, the floorboards - everything. He also sprayed everything, including the kitchen. He was awesome! He also used green products, so it was non-toxic.

I contacted Apex Exterminating and they came out the same day. The technician suited up in a protective outfit and examined the area carefully to make sure he eradicated the nest on the first try. He dusted the nest, but it was supposed to rain that evening. We asked if the rain would have any affect on the treatment and he assured us it would not. He promised to come back and reapply the dust at no charge if it was affected by the rain. True to his word, the nest was eradicated with his initial treatment.

They come about every 3 month to spray. They don't call me to make sure that I'm there when they're coming. They just spray the outside and leave me a bill. It makes an extra step for me to call to make another appoinment for them to come spray the inside. The service was acceptable but the inconvenience of having to call them to come back to spray the insid is a nuisance.

Rusty is very professional. He enjoys his job and does it thoroughly. He gives us a great price and provides great service. He understands the technicalities of the profession and executes them well. He is also always very punctual and when we have called for an emergency he came within a few hours.

I phoned and that very day a gentleman was sent to my home. He arrived on time and was very personable; perhaps too personable. We spoke and 'chatted' for over an hour before he began his work. Very nice man, though. He found rodent droppings and placed traps throughout the house and along the perimeter of our home. He did not spray per my request because I have small children and cats in the house and I'm leery of pesticides. He went under my house, around my house and through the house. We spoke of mosquito spraying the yard and I'm considering it.

The owner is Russell Miller and we use him for exterior spray and interior treatment for mice roaches, spiders and other insects. He is very good at what he does and efficient and will come out again and do the treatment again if needed. He also does work pointed out to him at no extra cost and we are happy with him.
