The service went fine and they did a good job. One technician came out and completed the job in a couple hours. The tile really needed some deep cleaning. I had no problem scheduling the deal and would recommend the company to others.

He spent an inordinate amount of time getting our floor cleaned. I would highly recommend this company.

Alex was very punctual and professional.  He explained how he would clean the grout and after each room asked me to check to see if anything more needed to be done.  He went back over a few problems areas and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the results.  I asked about sealing and the price he gave me was very reasonable.  He was able to do it after the cleaning, rather than having to schedule another appointment.  The results are wonderful - my floors look like new.  I would certainly recommend Alex and All In One and will definitely use them again.

The cleaning product that they used really didn't do the job. The tech was nice, got down on his hands and knees, but I really didn't see that much of an improvement.

Does not clean shower or bath vertical tiles at all, a total waste of time and money, why would anyone have a glorified machine to just go over floor. No restoration at all, and the cleaning was still dirty tile and grout lines.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were here on time and they did a good job. I didn't spend any additional.

Alex was great. On time and helpful with suggestions. Our kitchen tile had been down for 10 years and never professionally cleaned or even sealed. He did a great job trying to get the grout to brighten up, but in the end it was too far gone. He recommended applying a sort if paint to the grout and it looks great. It has been almost a year since this treatment and it still looks great. We were pleased enough that we had another bathroom done while he was here. Definitely recommended.

I had a reduced rate coupon from the Charlotte Observer.  The job took only a couple of hours since there was not a lot of furniture to get around and most I had cleared out myself before Alex arrived.  Great job.
