Went great, we caught it early and Dan D. was actually over at our home within the hour on a Friday night to come review situation. Guys were there early Saturday morning to set up system and we were fixed up in no time.

24/7 Aquadry was fantastic. They came by the same day I contacted them and began work right away. They had to open up a wall, pull up tile, and remove a sink. After they got the area dried out, they put everything back together just as good as before.

We were referred to 24/7 Aqua Dry by our mold inspector, Mold Authority and had a great experience! Dan came out right away and gathered all the information he needed to submit to our insurance company for our claim. He spent a great deal of time talking me through the process and what to expect and was always available via phone or text. He went above and beyond, to ensure that our home was safe for my husband to return to after the remediation. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dan was quick to respond to our water issue. We had a plumbing issue that created buckled hardwood floors throughout our home. I was out of town, so Dan handled everything. He was at our property within an hour and quickly had everything under control. He worked with our insurance company and adjuster, to ensure that things went smoothly for us. He was in constant communication with me. If you ever have a water restoration issue, you will not be disappointed in 24/7 restoration!

Dan from 24/7 property cleaning and restoration responded immediately, arriving within 1 hour of my phone call, to assist with about 30 gallons which flooded from 2nd floor laundry room through floors into the kitchen. Dan arrived quickly and immediately began working to address the issue. He removed all required materials which were hit by the water, cleaned up remaining water, and brought in the equipment to dry the space. While I would articulate the damage as significant, Dan’s quick action saved the wood floors on the 1st floor. Throughout the process, Dan walked me through everything he was doing - and why he was doing it. He has also been available many times since his work was complete to talk me through questions/issues relating to insurance and repair. I have never experienced this level of responsiveness, and attentiveness, working with home repair professionals.

It went very well. When you are in the "state of emergency" and you do not have a company that you have worked with before, you hope you find/choose the right one. I DID!! They came out right away (11:00 pm) and have been wonderful to work with from the beginning. Still in the process but have no hesitation that this will go smoothly from start to finish!
