Little's Heating & Air Conditioning

The first time I tired to hired this business to install a unit they wouldn't return my phone calls. Eventually, I had to drive to the business to find out what was going on and left a message there. I got no reply from any of it. The next time I needed a unit repaired They even called me back! Just to tell me there was a three month wait. Guess what. it's been about 4 months, I'm still trying to find someone to repair the thing.

The guy checked out the unit to find out that the original installer did not wire it for auxiliary/emergency heat.  We assume that the previous home owners never used that feature.
 
Very, very pleased with the company and Ron (they guy that fixed our problem).   Very knowledgeable and professional.  We would highly recommend Little's Heating & Air Conditioning.
 When this heat pump goes, we will definitely buy our new heat pump from this company.   We called them early in the morning and they were here within a few hours.   Wow - what service.

Called them up since upstairs A/C was not working in new home I bought. They were able to come out within 2 hours and finish work as required with little fuss and was very professional. Definitely recommend the prices and quality of work and I should know since I buy houses across 3 states and use many different local A/C companies. This one is top notch and you will not be disappointed.

They are absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone. They are incredible. They are very informative on helping us deciding which system would work best for our home. The job only took 2-3 days. We had an appointment scheduled for September, but our system went out before they could come out and do the replacement. They came out free of charge to help us with the old unit until they could replace it. The pricing was reasonable with the unit and the installation. They even hauled away the old unit for us. This was an excellent experience. They called us afterwards to make sure everything was ok with the new unit. I would give them an A+ if I could.

Little's came prepared, installed the complete new system in one day, and followed up the next day and again a few days later to check on the new unit. They even replaced our thermostat with a new one and we were not expecting that. Just more customer service from an excellent company.

They were extremely reasonable. They actually installed our original furnace when we built the house and we've just been with them ever since. Our contractor chose them because they do carry the train brand and that's what we wanted so they are knowledgeable about that. We've just been real happy. They are just very nice people and they are a family. They are reasonably priced on everything. We've just been real happy with them. They've always gotten here within a reasonable amount of time. We wouldn't use anybody else.

The workers are very polite and professional. They came out during a heat wave hixed the A/C the same day. We used them for other little things over the years as well. They are great! There is no language barrier working with Little's, they are very good about that.

Our old unit was removed, new concrete pad laid, new unit installed and tested. Entire process took one afternoon. Employees are knowledgeable, neat, and time thrifty.
