I called in the morning on the emergency line stating that I needed to have the dryer fixed as soon as possible, Mr. Mayo came up with the correct belt for my machine. Originally he was going to come on Saturday if he had the belt in stock. Instead he called me to tell me he had an opening on the same day and would be at my home shortly after 5 p.m. He arrived at my home at 4:46 p.m to fix the dryer! He was very polite and courteous.
