We live in Boston and were able to build this house via computer and phone communications from the design and layout to the actual construction. We made three visits. The first was to contract the construction and finalize the layout, select tiles, cabinets, fixtures, etc. The second was to verify the layout of the cabinetry, the electrical scheme, the plumbing, etc after the framing and roofing were in. We made one more visit to sign off on the project when it was completed. As with any home building there was a punch list. We consider it minimal based on past experiences. My wife and I have built two other homes from the ground up. This by far is the best job ever. We are very pleased with how it turned out. The landscaping left something to be desired. We could have spent a lot more and got a lot more but we chose not to. We felt that we could get better value if we worked on it when we move there permanently. But the construction of the house, the cabinets, the floors, the painting, the masonry work, the finish details, the care and concern were all exceptional. This is by far the best home we have ever had built for us. We highly recommend C A Singleton Construction to anybody wishing to build or remodel in this wonderful area of our country.
