They refused to release us from the contract. The service improved for a week and is now back to the way it was prior to phone calls.

The installation was fine. The installer was on time. The rate I was given, and not informed prior of, was for 90 days. The rate increased yesterday to $10/more/month, which is fine. HOWEVER, you are not told that you need to deal with the installation and his rates for customer service, service went down this afternoon and the customer service 866 number is in India and they do not help you. We were told over a 3 hour period to switch our physical cords upside down, etc.. The 866 number you call does nothing to help you with your problem. Get a modem card, NOT these people. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I wish we had TWC here.
