Initially everything was fine however he never came back to finish the work. We called him numerous times yet he never showed up. Now our roof is leaking and it is still under warranty but he missed his appointment and will not call us back.

Promised dates and times were never met, Majority of work was finally performed after several visits. However, one section of gutter guard has still not been installed, roof vents were put in place but openings were not cut in the roof, so they don't actually do any venting, gutter section over kitchen door still leaks. Promised to return on certain dates, might show up at random times but still have not completed work contracted last year. Called cell phone left messages, got no response.

"First of all we take pride in our work and value our customers the reason it took a couple of trips to finish work is because of the weather you can't do but so much in bad weather that's why we had to come back a couple of times and as far as the roof vents go they were 6" vents and we cut a 4"hole the hole can not be bigger then the roof vent and the leaking gutter we fixed that for free everything is done perfect the right ways sorry you feel that way but. You can't do but so much in bad weather we go out of our way to help people and then some of them just don't. Appreciate it but we will continue to go out of our way to our customers out"
