He took my money ($13,000) and ran. The job that was never completed was the fence that he was supposed to put up. I was leaving to go to Massachusetts for the holidays. He asked for the money before I left so he could finish the job while I was gone. When I came back home the fence was not complete and he has still not come back to finish the fence. He also said he would take the cabinets down from my kitchen. He never completed that job either. He is a very messy worker as well. He also came back into my house without my knowledge and took back his equipment even though the work wasn't done.

"This job was 90% complete and then we had a tornado that came through and devastated our area. I went and filed and gave her an estimate to turn into the insurance company to pay for the fence to be replaced and to help her out but there was no negotiating nothing with her. She also took me to court and I was found not guilty by the judge because I completed my task to the best of my ability and I cannot help with Mother Nature does. And I'm not trying to bad-mouth anyone but this lady does have mental issues. I am a man of God and I tried to maintain to the best of my ability and go over and Beyond what is expected out of me."
