They were very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them. They are a family business and I enjoyed chatting with them as they worked. They were also able to start on the project almost immediately which was a big help to us as my wife and I wanted to get everything done before our baby was born (something we were able to do). They showed up late most every day, however they worked well into the evening every day too, sometimes putting in 11 hours of work in a single day. As a result of the long days, they finished the job mush faster than I would have expected they could. The quality of work on the ceiling was very good, and I only noticed a few small issues with it later on which are hardly noticeable. The only reason that I've given them a lower quality score is because of the cleanup. The entire house was covered in drywall dust after they were finished. They did have people come in to try to start cleaning, but they barely made a dent in getting up all the dust. It took my wife and I all day Saturday and all day Sunday doing nothing but cleaning to clean it all up. They also made 3 large scratches in our hardwood floor and spilled paint on our carpet in several areas which we were unable to clean fully.
All in all, I'm pleased with the work that they did, but I do think they need to work harder on perhaps using a few more drop cloths or spending a little more time on cleanup.
