I contacted Spencer & Son because I had water on my bathroom floor in a half bath. Barry came and could have fixed the leak but he also discovered a crack in the bottom of the tank. I chose to have him go ahead and replace the toilet so I didn't have to worry about a future problem. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Will continue to use his company.
