PIEDMONT TRIAD AUTO GLASS

After a hard rain our Impala had 2 inches of water in the passenger side floorboard. We could not determine where it was coming from. After ruling out the heater core we thought it might be the windshield. Then we realized that we had just replaced the cabin filter. We took it back to the place where the oil was changed, 5 guys determined that it wasn't that. I called Piedmont Triad Auto Glass and told him the problem. He immediately asked if we had the cabin filter changed recently. We explained about getting it checked. He told us that he didn't think it would be the windshield, but he would be happy to come out and help us track the problem down. He came by this evening, started working on it before we got home. He spent some time looking at the cabin filter and making sure thgast it in properly, putting soap around the windshield and tracked the leak down to where the car roof trim met the windshield. Even though it wasn't the windshield, which he had installed and was reviewed in another review, he applied sealant to both inside and out to try and fix the leak for us. When he asked for the bill, he told us no charge! We will definitely use Piedmont Triad Auto Glass for any future needs.

We purchased a new gorgeous blue Impala back in 2005. One month on the road and it got a windshield chip. We ignored it. Miles and miles of traveling from NC to GA, NC to GA, NC to MD it accumulated more windshield chips. Somewhere along the way, the chips became a small crack. 117K miles later and a much harsher than normal NC winter; the small crack became a full windshield sized crack and it was time to replace.
