There’s a village somewhere missing their racist idiot and he now owns an HVAC franchise in Walkertown.  Mr. Daniel “Danny” Perrault installed a new HVAC unit at our home that stopped working within a few days of being used.  When I texted him about the issue, he asked if I changed the filters. I told him no because they were brand new and the unit had never been used until this past weekend.  He then proceeded to tell me it needed to be plugged into a GFI per code. This confused me because as far as I could tell it was so I asked him if he was saying it was not?  He then told me if he came out to the home and it wasn’t something he did wrong he would charge me a service fee. I asked him if it was something that he did wrong if we would get some sort of refund.  Mr Perrault then dialed my phone, called me a “stupid mother f#%ker”, asked if I “even spoke English” and also asked if I was “stupid or something” before hanging up on me. I called a professional to come and fix the poor installation Mr. Perrault performed. Save yourself the headache and contact someone who stands by their work and knows how to be a professional.
