Signed contract to do the work on 4/28/2014.
Took several days after taking the deposit to respond to when would the project start.
Materials took a week to be delivered.   3 more days before I heard from contractor.
Never on time;   aways had and excuse as to had to take kids to school; working on another job, etc.
Questioned why he was doing what and when as the project moved along.
Never had time to call me back;  had to contact his wife.
Both told different stories as to why he was not able to come today or tomorrow.
We finally got him to come back as we asked for a kitchen remodel price;  he came and I showed him all the problems we had with the project;    he guaranteed me that it would be corrected and I was leaving on a business trip;  he promised it would be completed before I returned.   My husband is retired and tried calling to see when he was coming.
No response.    No email.    I texted;  no response.    I texted his wife twice; no response.
He FINALLY texted on July 4th and stated  he was very busy with other work but would fix the problem.
I asked for a time frame but he did not respond.
His word and work has no value; the project is poorly constructed;  the beams are placed at odd marks;  the center point if off with a glaring board showing how badly it is off center.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVEN BUILD A DOG HOUSE OR CHICKEN PEN.

It went terrible. He did not start on time. The first time that he came for 4 hours he brought his children. Then he had his wife call me to cancel coming for two days. The next visit he insisted he would have the work done that day. He worked until night and was rushing to get done. The front door does not open and shut correctly. The screen door was installed improperly. He got paint all over the concrete on the porch. He broke the concrete on the steps. The molding on the door is crooked. I must hire someone else to fix the damage that he has done.
