Basement Waterproofing
Before buying the house in May of 2006, we spoke with Mr. Graves to make sure that the warranty on the waterproofing job was transferable. He assured us that that the lifetime guarantee was transferable (we also have this in writing). We have noticed water coming into the basement many times and have contacted Mr. Graves multiple times asking him to fix the problem. After standing me up at least two times in December, he finally did come out to the house (Dec 19), looked at basement and told us he would fix it (for free) within the week. Three months later, we have yet to hear from him, though we've tried calling him many, many times. Meanwhile, water is still coming into our basement whenever there is any significant amount of rain.

The entire project went very smoothly. The work was done in a timely manner and did not exceed the estimate. Follow up was also performed to ensure drain was functioning correctly.
