I called without water this morning, and the crew came right over. They got to work removing my dead well pump and installing a new one, and now I have water. The technicians were very friendly and pleasant, and I learned a lot about my well and its history and about well pumps from them. They were diligent about picking up all the scrap pipe, wire, etc., and left the workplace clean. When they left, I had the pleasure of meeting Pam and George when they came over with the bill, and they even came back when I called with questions and they helped me figure some things out with my filters. Well pumps are an extremely pricey item to have problems with, so it is important to work with vendors who know what they are doing and will do a good job.

Super professional outfit.  I'm pretty critical of service organizations, and this is one that you want doing work for you.  They're prompt, professional, hard-working and complete.   You will not regret hiring this company.  Very Highly recommended.

Response was prompt. They really first listened to what I had to say concerning what the problem might be. They sent a slightly oversize crew at first, then trimmed it once the problem and solution were understood. This is a top-grade professional service company. Everything they did was exactly what was needed to get our well pump water system working properly again. It was not cheap (that's not a negative). The cost was fair for work well done - exactly what I was looking for.

Our water stopped working last night. The well pump circuit breaker shut off. I tried to reset it but it would shut off again immediately. I turned off the power to the pressure tank pump to make sure it wasn't a problem with the breaker itself. I was able to resent the breaker after this without it shutting off so I knew the problem was with the pressure tank pump or further down the line. It was at this point that Pam Carter of and quot;A Complete Pump and Water Pureand quot; was recommended to me. She was extremely nice on the phone and was able to have a technician at my house within 90 minutes. Mike showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem as being either the wiring leading to the well pump or the well pump itself. Pam, the owner, and another guy, George, showed up shortly after and helped Mike pull the pump out of the well. I feel bad because we have A LOT of iron in our water and all of them got covered in brown sludge in the process. Thankfully the problem turned out to be frayed wire that was causing a short and the pump was working fine because a new pump would have been a lot more expensive. They replaced the last 50 feet of wire leading to the pump and installed a torque arrester to keep the pump and wire from banging into the side of the well so hard every time it turned on or off (which evidently is a cause of wiring failure). They also checked the pump which pulling correct amperage and working fine. They had to chlorinate the well because the pipe and wire that was lying on the ground while they made the repairs could have introduced bacteria into the system. Everyone was super nice, professional and explained everything really well. The price was very fair ($395 total, $237 parts/$115 labor/$35 trip charge + tax) and we have water again! I couldn't be happier. Thanks Pam, Mike and George - you guys are awesome! Sorry again about you guys getting covered in iron sludge.
