Contacted Zach Friesen to take a look at some rotting problems that I had on two sides of my sunroom. Zach responded promptly, explained what needed to be done and began work just a few days later. He had to remove the gutters and vents, replace the soffit and facia, and repair other rotting wood. There was some sheetrock water damage that was also repaired. Additionally, work had to be done around the chimney with roofing repairs and shingle replacement.
We had to be out of town when the work was progressing and Zach took a dozen detailed pictures of the underneath damage so that I could see what was done. When we returned, everything was done and it looks great! All debris had been removed and there was no evidence that Zach had been there other than the repairs. I couldn't believe what a great job I got for the price I paid.
I would definitely recommend Zach for any home repairs you may need. I will be using him again if I need any home repairs.
