They text me before they come. I had to change my service and I did not have any issues with that. They do good work when they are here. I do think their prices are a little high.

very well. It took a couple visits and a few discussions concerning communication to get the schedule firmed up (hence the ratings for punctuality and responsiveness). But the last 2 visits were on time, and completed in a timely manner. Hopefully this continues, and ratings on these points will improve!

They do a great job of general house cleaning. Floors are always clean and they do a consistently nice job of dusting and cleaning bathrooms. They are thorough, quick, and reliable. The staff is always very pleasant as well. I have used their service for several years and I have always been very pleased with them.

I have been a loyal customer of Janes for 3 years now, her teams are always professional and provide a great cleaning services. She is very flexible and has been able to accomidate the most insane of my scheduling requests.

Does an excellent job cleaning the house.  They come as scheduled and the house is very clean when they are finished.

We're very happy with the service.  It's really nice to come home to a squeaky clean house at the end of the day.    We got the service info from Angieslist and we're very happy we did.     They're on time and very hard working.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a really good housecleaning service.

they got my name mixed up with someone else and didn't show up when scheduled and then didn't have an ETA.  Once they arrived they did what I asked however took the paint off several areas and didn't tell me.  When I found it the owner said she would come out and paint it but of course I would want a professional not a made to do the painting.  They did not offer to pay for the fix or anything.  The visit cost me more than the cost of voucher.

They have done a fine job for us. They are very trustworthy and seem to be very responsive in following up to ask what they can do to improve.  They were very thorough and I didn't have any issues.

I bought a voucher for cleaning services through Living Social for 3 hours of house cleaning from this company. I had a difficult time scheduling the appointment because the owner was overwhelmed with the response she had gotten from the ad. No problem, I can be flexible. When the appointment finally got made, I left instructions for the maids to call me before they arrived so I would be home. They called when they arrived and so spent 20 minutes waiting for me to get there and I spent 20 minutes rushing like crazy to get home to let them in.

As I had paid for 3 hours of cleaning, she sent 2 women to clean for 1.5 hours. The job they did was not very thorough, they swept dirt from my bathroom out on the carpet and never vacuumed it up, and some rooms they never went into. I don't have a very big house and I would expect that two women cleaning for an hour and a half would have at least managed the basics of sweeping/vacuuming and dusting, but aside from my spotless refrigerator, I couldn't tell that they had been here. Also, I asked them to clean the oven and the woman said she could spray the oven cleaner in, but I would need to wipe it out because they wouldn't be there long enough for it to work. Not having to do it myself would be the reason I hired them. I also repeatedly asked them to wash my baseboards and woodwork and they never did. And on top of it, they left 15 min.s early (for a total of 30 minutes I paid for that I did not get.) If the two of them had watched my children for the 3 hours that they were supposed to be cleaning, I could have gotten my entire house cleaner than they did.

I had asked the owner to come back for a quote for regular cleaning services, and we made an appointment for the following Monday. Instead she put me down in her calendar for a cleaning rather than a consultation, and when she called to find out how many people to send, she realized what she had done. Unfortunately she could not meet at the scheduled time, so we scheduled another meeting for Sat. morning at 11. At 11:15 that Sat. my phone rang and she told me she was sitting in her office confused because she had me down for a cleaning on Monday but she thought she remembered us talking about a consultation. At that point, I had had enough and told her not to bother with the consultation. If I can't rely on her to get to my house to get my business, I don't think I want to rely on her to keep my business.  Professionalism was not the strong point of our interaction.

I purchased a deal through LivingSocial.com for 3 hours of cleaning service for $65.  This is 58% off the regular rate, which is $180 for three hours. When I called to schedule the service, the woman was very friendly and helpful.  They were quite busy, due to the popularity of the LivingSocial deal, but she worked with me to fit me into her schedule at the earliest possible time.  She asked me to prepare a prioritized list of cleaning tasks and informed me that 2 girls would come to my house and work for 1 1/2 hours each. They arrived within the allotted window and I gave them my list.  I was honest and let them know I really only thought they'd get through about half of it.  They shocked me by completing the entire list and finding a few other things that needed to be done as well.  They did a very through job. My house was spotless and smelled wonderful. 

I would love to use this service again, on a more regular basis.  Since I got such a great deal, I'm unsure that I'd be able to afford the service at the full price, but you can be sure I'll be trying to find a way!
