James & his crew were great! James came over late on a Friday evening to see the project, due to a flooding from a hot water heater next door in our rental townhome. He had his crew removing flooring, cutting out dry wall, ripping baseboards immediately. They provided their quote, met with the appraiser, and were very prompt with everything. James said the work would take 3 days, and it took 2.5. He also came back to fix 2 minor things, and were very cautious of the tenant in the property. They worked around her schedule, and made sure all was done to everyone's expectations & within budget. They also understand insurance claims, and wait for their payment until the insurance has paid the claim. I would use them again for any project & recommend them to anyone as well!

Very good. We have used this contractor in the past and have been very happy with the quality of the work. This job consisted of a complete gutting of the master bathroom down to studs and floor joist, installing a walk in shower and clawfoot bathtub, two medicine cabinets, new lighting and silent fan. The bathroom, bedroom and walkin closet were all repainted. Old pergo floors in the bathroom and carpet in bedroom, closet and upstairs hallway were all replaced with solid wood floors.

Dave and James were professional throughout the project. Dave took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered help suggestions when applicable. We were provided with an estimate with a time schedule and cost and the job was completed on time and on budget. Infact, when the screens did not arrive with the windows, Dave refused to take the final payment for the job until the all of the screens arrived and were installed. Our house is over 20 years old but the flooring people were able to match the stain on the new floors with the old floors so now there is a seamless transition from old to new.
