From start to finish Jamie and his crew were courteous and professional. They consulted with us when there was a decision to made about a certain project.
If there is one complaint it is that a delay from the originally scheduled date to do the work. Some of that was due to weather and the other was work on projects other than our own. But Jamie always called and made sure that I had received the message as to the reason for delay.
We are scheduled to have further work done by Jamie and his crew. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking honest, good workers!

As mentioned, he has performed many maintenance duties over several years.

From the time I first contacted Jamie Burns he was responsive and timely in returning phone calls. We agreed upon a time when he would come by to overlook the various jobs we needed him to do. He arrived on time and provided a reasonable estimate for the work to be done.
We set a date when he would start and he arrived on time with needed supplies on hand. When he needed to adjust the schedule with us because of an emergency situation for another customer, we were happy to comply. He kept us informed as to when he would return to continue our projects.
During the project we found additional jobs that needed to be done and he worked with us.
Aside from the excellent quality of the work performed at our home, Jamie and his assistant gave us the feeling that we could trust them. They valued our home and its contents. We felt good having them in our home. Their promptness is also appreciated.

Overall, we were very satisfied.

Overall this part of the remodel was perfect. The owner was on site and did the job with his crew. He gave us great advise on how to remove the popcorn ceiling ourselves and had great customer service. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for professional, customer satisfaction focused local companies in the Triangle Region.
