SENECA LANDSCAPES INC

We worked with Andrew at Seneca Landscapes to build patio with seated wall. In addition, we had them install backyard lighting and landscaping around the new patio area. The crew that worked on our project were timely, professional and their finished product showed quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a homeowner we appreciated the constant communication and professionalism that was displayed on this project.

Initial six months of work was excellent, high quality, attentive to detail and our primary contact person was excellent to work with.
After the completion of the initial yard work request, landscape design drawing completion and receiving two visits of the landscape maintenance agreement, we did not hear any more from the Seneca company representatives.  We called the company several times to find out what was happening.  Some phone calls were returned, we learned our primary contact person had left the company. After our initial contacts, the company indicated they would resume our lawn maintenance agreement over the phone, that never happened. Contacted the company again in 2011 and encountered the primary owner at the Lawn and Garden Show in Raleigh, they promised to contact us to resume work, this did not happen.  The year of 2011 passed without any active engagement of resuming yard work. My wife and I decided in the summer of 2011 we would not to engage the company in any further discussion of resuming yard maintenance work or landscape design development.
