+ -1 moreRodger listened carefully to our concerns and ideas, and helped us develop an ideal plan. Rodger and his co-worker were punctual, courteous & professional from start to finish. On the job, they paid attention to the tiniest detail and made sure the subs did as well. Rodger accompanied us to pick out tile and granite. We quickly came to appreciate his talent and creativity as a design-builder. He was easily accessible throughout the project and followed up afterward to be sure all was satisfactory. We were and still are very pleased with the work Rodger Houk's Home Improvement team performed for us.
Description of Work: Redesigned kitchen/dining area and renovated per specs after tearing out everything down to the studs, in the kitchen. Raised floor of carport storage room & converted it to a laundry/utility room. Installed new custom cabinetwork and new solid oak floors in kitchen area; Tile in utility area. Refinished oak floors in dinning, living room & den. Custom built den book shelves/entertainment center on one wall.

While on the job, they paid attention to the tiniest details and made sure the subordinates did so too. Roger accompanied us to pick out tiles and granite. He was easily accessible throughout the project.
Description of Work: Rodger Houck – Building and Remodeling redesigned kitchen and dining area and renovated per specification after tearing out everything down to the studs in the kitchen. They raised the floor or carport storage room connected it to a utility room. They installed new custom cabinets and new solid oak floors in kitchen area. They fixed tiles in the utility area. They refinished the oak floors in the dining area. They also installed ten book shelves and entertainment unit, which they had custom built for us.
