Completely happy and will work with again! Details below: 1. Excellent quality of work. 2. Reliability, he competed the work in time frame proposed and was on time daily as a rule. I was able to plan my schedule around him effectively. 3. Fair pricing which was agreed upon in advance via a proposal. 4. Professionalism. I am a single woman and he was a pleasure to have around. 5. Ethical person. Job cost a little less than expected due to change in scope on my part, requiring less materials. Gerritt made me aware that the cost was less, which I would not even have realized.
