The service was HORRIBLE & it took much longer than anticipated This contractor was hired to remodel 3 rooms (2 full baths and kitchen). The contractor refused to complete tasks in the house in a timely manner. He and his crew have not cleaned the areas and dust they created causing my 4 year old to have a series of asthma and other inflammatory lung issues . The contractor was made aware of this and did not even apologize. In addition, the contractor has gone on 2 vacations while working on my project. He has started several other projects while my home is still incomplete. When I emailed my dissatisfaction and pinpointed my issues, rather than showing the ability to "please the customer" he replied to my email in a very discourteous, offensive manner which left a bad taste in my mouth. These 3 rooms have taken 3 months to date and the job is still incomplete. The contractor refuses to meet reasonable demands such as havng matching trim on the cabinents. I would NOT recommend if you have an option!

They were outstanding. This house is 6 years old and they found replacement tiles that we didn?t have anymore. They went above and beyond to find what we needed. They were very professional. Their project manager and their painters were outstanding. Before we sell our house, we intend to use them again to paint the exterior of the house. I would rate them highly.
